- To improve the site and, where you agree, send you relevant updates.
Sharing
We share only what is needed to complete a booking with the host of the property you book. We never sell your personal data to third parties. Payments and money flow directly between you and the host.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account, or by contacting us. You may also object to certain processing and withdraw consent for marketing.

Using Mitabon
Mitabon is a marketplace that lets guests discover holiday homes and book them
directly with the host, with no platform commission on bookings. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Bookings
- A booking request is confirmed once the host accepts it.
- Prices are set by the host and shown before you book.
- The agreement for the stay is between you and the host.
Hosts
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the condition of their properties, and complying with local laws, taxes, and permits.
Payments
Payments are arranged directly between the guest and the host. Mitabon does not take a cut of your booking and is not a party to the payment.
Cancellations
Each listing shows the host's cancellation policy. Please review it before booking, as refunds depend on that policy and the timing of your cancellation.
Acceptable use
- Do not post false, misleading, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security or misuse other users' data.
- Be respectful in messages with hosts and guests.
Liability
Mitabon provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts of hosts or guests, or for the stays themselves.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
